California Still Number One

Here on Planet California, a shift in consciousness is occurring with every seismological shift.  A California renaissance is beginning.  The start of California's next golden era is underway.

Here, in the United States of California, we are already feeling good vibrations returning in 2010.  The hordes of California-bashers are having a minimal effect on local folks who really care about the Golden State.

Those who (sadly) bought into the 'California is over' hype have left our state, but most of them are not any happier --- as many ex-Californians will confess.  Perhaps they should have stayed and helped to pave a fast lane to a new California with us!

No, California is not a 'failed state', as so many outsiders are saying.  Creativity, invention and good 'ole California innovation are stronger than ever in our golden society that has not tarnished.  It's still the most exciting and dynamic place in the world to be.

As I enjoy an invigorating Pacific Coast Highway drive, I'm reminded of the beauty, and the allure, that draws visitors and new residents to our friendly paradise.  Despite temporary setbacks, my California rocks!  In fact, 2010 is the year when the entire California Coast celebrates its anniversary with parties all year long.

California is still a fun and fantastic place.  What's not to dig?  I love my Golden State more with each passing year --- and millions agree.
