"California Rain" is a 2009 song by the Los Angeles group, The Rescues.

As the first song I ever listened to from The Rescues, "California Rain" was so compelling that it prompted me to check out more of the group's music.

One of the best vocal harmony groups ever.

"California Rain" is composed in the contemporary sensitive singer/songwriter genre, and the song is not just about rain in California.  Some very deep relationship emotions are artfully expressed through tight vocal harmonies by the members of The Rescues.

This group should definitely be checked out further.  I'm talking top quality songwriting and harmonies here.  Don't wait for a rainy day.
