"Naked In Venice" Radical Something

Aug 29, 2012

"Naked In Venice" is a 2012 pop song by the band Radical Something from Los Angeles, California.

Radical Something's "Naked In Venice" is not as suggestive as the song's title might imply. It's better.

The music video (below) is tastefully directed by Hollywood actress and producer Shannen Doherty of "90210" fame.

"We knew Shannen saw the story to be told, something timeless and nostalgic," said the band.  "The record embodies such personal moments in life for us, we wanted people to really feel those moments. Shannen painted the most stunning picture of life and how it's just a moment in time."

Could it possibly be actress Holly Marie Combs of "Pretty Little Liars" starring in this video and casting her "Charmed" spell on a younger man --- black fingernails, candles and all?

Watch the following official music video and solve the mystery.

It just might make you start hitting the Venice Boardwalk by day and cruising Silicon Beach by night, though.

Released as a single at the end of August 2012, "Naked In Venice" is a song about young love in all its self-consciousness and impatient passion, produced by GoodWill & MGI and Jonas Olsson.

One of the most well-crafted California songs and music videos of the year, "Naked In Venice" by Radical Something is a great example of 21st century Southern California pop-rock done right.
