President Paul Ryan?

The next President of the United States is Paul Ryan, according to Mitt Romney.

"Join me in welcoming the next President of the United States, Paul Ryan!" Romney proclaimed to the tune of blaring trumpets in front of a U.S. Navy ship in Virginia.
